The Shopping Centre has a very modern look on the outside - quite a contrast to the rest of Plymouth's City Centre! The inside too is of a contemporary design and makes the whole building a refreshing change from the ageing city centre. Hopefully the rest of the town can be brought into the 21st Century as well sometime...
